Shipping & Returns

Production: Every MIASIN garment is produced once your order is placed. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes two to five business days before the piece is handed to a carrier.
Shipping — United States: Standard delivery arrives three to five business days after production. Flat rate at checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Shipping — International: Delivery runs seven to twenty business days depending on the destination. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price at checkout.
Returns: Unworn pieces can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the garment price. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Write to studio@miasin.co with your order number to start a return.
Faults: If a garment arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a defect, send a photograph within thirty days of delivery and it will be remade or refunded in full at no cost to you.
Limited windows: Chapters are released in limited quantity and are not reprinted once a window closes. If a size sells out during a window it will not return.
